Step 1 (Competing Only)
Championship entry
If you are competing, start by registering for the championships in the official entry system. If you are visiting only, you can skip this step and go directly to Step 2.
If you are visiting the Dutch Open for the first time, this page will guide you through four clear steps. From registering for the championships to booking your hotel, tickets and transport, everything is explained in a logical order. You do not need to complete all steps at once. All participants can complete these steps at their own pace while preparing for the Dutch Open.
Visiting only? Most guests only need Step 2 (tickets or packages) and Step 4 (service desk).

Next, arrange how you want to attend the event. You can book a hotel package (hotel + festival admission) or purchase festival tickets only. Our hotel packages include built‑in discounts.
Fixed-time shuttles run between Amsterdam Schiphol and Assen. Meet at the Central Meeting Point 30 minutes before departure. Return seats are reserved in Assen at least 24 hours before you leave.
On arrival, please visit the service desk to collect your envelope with tickets and reservation details. Our team is available every day to help. If it’s your first time, just tell us and we will explain everything.
